For more than a decade, Jim has helped clients pursue their financial goals – seeing them through everything from wealth planning and accumulation to strategic wealth distribution in retirement. He genuinely enjoys the challenge and welcomes the opportunity to help clients better understand their finances and their investments.

Jim began his financial career with Edward Jones in 2003. Seeking further independence in order to provide a wider array of services for his clients, he joined Raymond James in 2007. Jim holds the Series 7 General Securities Representative, Series 9 & 10 General Securities Sales Supervisor, and Series 66 Uniform Securities Agent/Registered Investment Advisor licenses for serving individual investors, and is a licensed life and long-term care agent. Jim has also achieved the AAMS® designation (Accredited Asset Management SpecialistSM), recognized by the College for Financial Planning.

Prior to his career in financial services, Jim enjoyed a successful career as an engineer. His educational background includes an associate degree in mechanical engineering technology from Lawrence Institute of Technology and a bachelor of science degree from the University of the State of New York.

Jim was born in Royal Oak, Michigan. Today, however, he enjoys living here in Mill Creek with his wife, Kelly, where they enjoy a strong connection to the community. Jim is a member of the Mill Creek Business Association, has served as president of the Snohomish Kiwanis Club and sat on the finance committee for the Snohomish County United Way. Jim has attended Gold Creek Community Church since its founding more than 16 years ago and enjoys mission work. He and Kelly are both actively involved there.
